Teenage is the most important part of our lives and also the scariest. It is also the time when we want to fit in loose that extra baby fat and look good.

It needs a certain amount of nutrients that include vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates as well as fats. The best way to looses weight in your teens is by eating right and exercising. Make sure you get enough water as it is the best way to get rid of the toxins and avoid the acne that is so predictable at this age. The best way to lose weight when you are in your teens is to get moving. Get yourself into a gym or get on a sports team. This way you are not only keeping physically active but also will get a chance to meet a lot of people and widen your friend circle. If you are not really into sports you could join a dancing school or maybe even try aerobics. Dieting is the worst thing to do in your teens as your body will not develop the way it should. But keeping off aerated drinks and junk food will go a long way in ensuring that you lose weight as well remain healthy. Eating healthy and working out right is better that dieting and loosing fat that will make you weak and unenergetic. Also dieting will make you lose weight but you will have loose skin. You need to exercise to tone up.
